3. Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Yes, each product has a specific MOQ. Please check the individual product pages for details. We’ve set these quantities to ensure we can maintain our high standards of quality and craftsmanship for every order.

4. How long does it take to process an order? Production times vary based on the product and order size. Generally, it takes 1-5 business days for production after your design is approved. Shipping time is in addition to this. For rush orders, please contact us directly.

5. Can I see a sample before placing a large order? Yes, we offer sample kits for most of our products. You can purchase a sample to check the quality and feel of the materials before committing to a larger order.

6. What are my customization options? You can customize almost every aspect, including logos, text, color palettes, and specific layouts. Our goal is to bring your brand's vision to life on paper.

7. What file formats do you accept for logos and designs? We prefer vector files like AI, PDF, or EPS. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files (300 DPI or higher) can also work. This ensures the best print quality.

8. Can you help with the design if I don't have one ready? Yes! We have a design team that can assist you. Just share your brand's style guide, and we can help create a layout that fits your vision. Please note that design services may incur an additional fee.

9. Can I use different designs for different products in the same order? Yes, you can. For example, you can have a different design for your notepads and your stationery within the same order. Please specify your requirements clearly when placing the order.

10. How do I place an order? You can place your order directly on our website. Simply select your product, upload your design files, choose your customization options, and complete the checkout process. Our team will review your order and send a digital proof for your approval.

11. What is a digital proof and why is it important? A digital proof is a mock-up of your final product. It shows exactly how your design will look when printed. You must review and approve this proof before we begin production to ensure everything is perfect.

12. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are an international client, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

13. What is your return or exchange policy for custom products? Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. We strongly recommend you carefully review your digital proof before approval.
